By making a donation to HIMAST, you agree to these Donation Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a donation.

Use of Donations

HIMAST will use your donation to support its mission and programs. This may include using your donation to cover operating costs, professional services and political donations.

Refunds

All donations are final and non-refundable.

Tax Deductibility

HIMST is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization. Donations to HIMAST are not tax deductible as charitable donations, but may be deductible as a business expense if they are ordinary and necessary for your business. Please consult with your tax accountant for more information.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
