Our Purpose

HIMAST advocates the rights of individuals engaged in the legal mid and short-term rental sector, enabling them to play an active role in the tourism industry. The availability of diverse, locally owned rental choices creates local employment opportunities, offers temporary and transitional housing solutions, boosts state and county tax revenues, and reinforces housing stability by supporting the economy.

What We Do

Restore, Reconnect, Revive (R3) started in August 2022 in an effort to restore areas as public spaces; reconnect individuals with resources with a dedicated focused follow-up; and revive the outreach process by having accountability and timelines.
