A lifelong resident of Oahu, Daniele M. Leong has dedicated over 35 years to the Hawaii real estate industry, building a career defined by a rare "trifecta" of experience in RE Brokerage as an administrator, then as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, and in Escrow/Title and Lending. Her deep-rooted understanding of the island's properties & market is matched by a sophisticated background in operational leadership and contract management.

Her professional journey includes leadership as a Branch Manager for 9 years and Escrow Officer for 12 years at a national title and escrow company, complemented by nearly a decade of experience as a Loan Officer.

As an independent consultant, Daniele has been a pivotal force behind the scenes for some of Hawaii’s top-producing agents, managing high-volume listing and contract portfolios with precision. Her diverse industry exposure includes a notable association with the historic Molokai Ranch and service as the Treasurer for the Honolulu Regional Board (East Oahu).

Today, Daniele continues her commitment to industry leadership as the Treasurer for HIMAST, where she leverages her decades of financial and administrative acumen to support the organization’s mission and the broader real estate community.
