Jeremy Stice is a Maui-born and raised third-generation REALTOR. Licensed in 2006 and a Broker since 2011, Jeremy has represented hundreds of clients with more than $300 million in Maui real estate sales. His clients range from people he grew up with in Maui buying and selling their first homes to high-net-worth individuals completing multi-million-dollar transactions. The Stice ʻOhana built their dream home in the West Maui community of Kaanapali Coffee Farms in 2018, giving Jeremy firsthand familiarity with the intricacies of high-end real estate ownership.

Jeremy has an intimate knowledge of his island home, having lived in every geographic region of Maui and represented buyers and sellers throughout the island. His integrity, white-glove service, expertise, reputation, commitment to fiduciary representation, client advocacy, and negotiation skills are central to his professional approach.

Jeremy's entrepreneurial streak began early. At age 10, determined to build a basketball court in his front yard, he picked ti leaves on his family's one-acre farm at 10 cents apiece and earned $5,000 that summer to pay for it. As a teenager, he went on to start his own landscaping and property-improvement business.

Jeremy lives in Kaanapali with his wife and vacation rental business partner, Megan Stice, and their children, Kiera and Keanu. He is deeply committed to serving Maui and giving back to the community that has been his family's home for generations.

Jeremy is a member of the Maui Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee, which advocates on issues affecting home ownership and the real estate industry. He also serves as Board President of the Maui Vacation Rental Association.

The Stice ʻOhana are active contributors to the Maui community through their involvement with the Hawaiʻi Community Foundation, Hawaiʻi Life Charitable Fund, Maui Prep, Maui Food Bank, the Salvation Army, and Hawaiʻi Island Land Trust. Jeremy is a Seabury Hall '01 alumnus and studied Marketing & Entrepreneurship at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He has earned the Sellers Representative Specialist, E-Pro, Resort & International Property Specialist, and Accredited Buyers Representative designations from the National Association of REALTORS.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, SUP surfing, mountain biking, and working in the yard. He is a dedicated family man who cares deeply about his ʻohana, his extended Maui ʻohana, and the island they call home.
